Former Trump Campaign Attorney Jenna Ellis Assists in Arizona Fake Voter Prosecution

Jenna Ellis, a former campaign lawyer for President Donald Trump, has reached an agreement to assist Arizona prosecutors in their criminal cases against individuals accused of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, according to Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes.

In exchange for Ellis’s cooperation, prosecutors dropped nine felony charges against her, including wire fraud, forgery and conspiracy. The deal is intended to strengthen the case against the 17 remaining defendants.

“This settlement marks an important milestone in our ongoing investigation,” Mayes said in a statement. “I appreciate Ms. Ellis’ willingness to assist in our prosecution efforts.”

“His insights are invaluable and will significantly assist the state in presenting its case in court,” Mayes continued. “As I stated when the initial charges were filed, I will not stand by while American democracy is threatened. Today's development is a triumph for the rule of law.”

Among those still facing charges is Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor who worked closely with Ellis in a failed attempt to overturn Trump’s election loss to President Joe Biden.

Also indicted were Trump's former White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, and attorneys John Eastman, Boris Epshteyn, Christina Bobb and Mike Roman, who ran Trump's 2020 campaign operations.

Other defendants include Kelli Ward, Tyler Bowyer, Nancy Cottle, Jacob Hoffman, Anthony Kern, James Lamon, Robert Montgomery, Samuel Moorhead, Lorraine Pellegrino, Gregory Safsten and Michael Ward.
