Online MBA in Advanced Finance & Strategic Leadership: ISEEN’s Offering

ISEEN Launches Online MBA in Advanced Finance & Strategic Leadership, Blending Executive Finance with Data-Driven Leadership

The Instituto Superior Europeo de Economía y Negocios (ISEEN) has announced its MBA in Advanced Finance & Strategic Leadership, a 100% online postgraduate program designed to help professionals strengthen high-stakes financial decision-making while developing the leadership capabilities required to drive growth, transformation, and competitiveness in complex markets.

Delivered in collaboration with the Atlantic-Mediterranean Technological University (UTAMED) in Europe, the program awards a European university master’s degree and also includes an “Advanced Certification in Artificial Intelligence” from the International Association for Artificial Intelligence (IAAI).

A European-standard MBA: 60 ECTS, 1,500 hours, fully online

ISEEN’s MBA comprises 60 ECTS credits within the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System, corresponding to 1,500 hours of academic engagement—divided into 600 teaching hours and 900 practical hours—and fully aligned with the European Higher Education framework.

The format combines asynchronous online learning, group tutorials, continuous assessment, and a final MBA project, enabling participants to advance without pausing their professional responsibilities. (ISEEN)

Designed for managers, executives, and professionals taking on wider leadership roles

According to ISEEN, the program targets professionals and graduates from any field who are looking to move into managerial positions and refine their decision-making in competitive settings, including mid-level managers, consultants, analysts, and technical experts, as well as executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners aiming to professionalize their management approach and steer organizational growth.

Key curriculum features include corporate finance, market dynamics, risk management, fintech, and AI

The MBA syllabus provides a comprehensive grounding in management while delving into advanced financial concepts. It explores corporate finance for decision-making, financial reporting and performance control, investment decisions and capital structure, financial markets and portfolio management, derivatives and risk management, banking and regulation, and valuation, M&A and restructuring. It further incorporates fintech and the use of AI in finance, together with leadership across digital and AI-driven organizations.

Final MBA project focused on real business execution

The program concludes with a capstone project in which participants craft a holistic business initiative—whether focused on growth, profitability gains, expansion, transformation, efficiency, or restructuring—resulting in a practical roadmap outlining objectives, required resources, timelines, potential risks, and metrics such as KPIs/OKRs.

Admissions, assessment, and financing support

ISEEN notes that applicants are generally expected to hold a university degree or proven work experience before proceeding through an application, an interview, and an admissions assessment. Completing the program demands meeting the required performance benchmarks and submitting the final project with the designated evaluation score.

To expand access, ISEEN highlights that it offers a scholarship program along with 100% interest-free financing, allowing payments to be spread across the duration of the program.
